Microsoft's XNA Numbers Disappoint

Gamasutra / GamerBytes exclusively obtained Microsoft's XNA numbers. The chart clearly shows that the numbers do not look good and a lot of developers are expressing their disappointment. Do you blame the developers or Microsoft? [Source - Gamasutra]
