Sony's Big Price Cut

Rumors were flying about Sony's big news for Tuesday. Sony continues to lag behind Nintendo and Microsoft with their latest PlayStation 3 console. Speculation was centralizing a on a price cut on the PlayStation 3 since the lowest cost unit is $400 compared to Nintendo's $250 for the Wii and Microsoft $199 for the Xbox 360. The news is finally out and it happened to be a price cut...but for the PlayStation 2. Sony is reducing the price from $129 to $99 starting April 1. Go out and buy a PlayStation 2 if you do not have one... yet. [Source - Reuters]
