DICE On Battlefield 3 and Criterion Games On Need For Speed

EA's COO John Pleasants has said that Criterion Games is working on an
unannounced Need For Speed title. EA wants to bring Need For Speed to a whole new
level with online. Criterion Games' experance with Burnout might actually be the
lift that Need For Speed "needs".
When talking about Need For Speed, Pleasants also leaked that DICE is working on Battlefield 3 yesterday. Earlier today, Pleasants confirmed at the William Blair Growth Stock Conference here in Chicago. Currently EA is has Battlefield Heroes, Battlefield Bad Company 2 and Battlefield 1943 lined up for release. [Source - EA]
